Sheridan County Airport – SHR
A primary commercial service airport according to the United States Federal Aviation Administration is the Sheridan County Airport, located in Sheridan, Wyoming. Built in the late 1910s, it stood at a grass field runway and was solely used for air mail services and for the “Barnstormers,” a circus-like group of entertainers doing aerial acrobatics. Key Lime Air handles the flights to and from Denver, Colorado as of now but by the 12th of January 2020, United Express will take over.
